Airport: Wilmington International Airport is serviced by Allegiant, Delta and US Airways.  Most flights in and out of Wilmington go through Charlotte, NC.  A flight into Raleigh is also an option and it’s only a 2 hour drive from RDU to Wilmington.  RDU is also serviced by Southwest.  Flying in or out of Charlotte isn’t recommended because of the 4 hour drive to Wilmington.
